What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

At Machika.com, we accept multiple forms of payment to make the process easy and convenient. We accepted all major credit card companies (American Express, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard).

How Do I Get a Refund or Change Payment Methods?

The easiest way to get a refund or change payments is to cancel your order as soon as possible. You will receive a refund a couple of days after we process your refund. If your order is sent out before you can cancel it, you can return it for a refund. To change payment methods, return the original product and purchase it again with your preferred form of payment. Can I Use Quick Checkout Methods like Google Pay?

Yes, you can use certain quick checkout payment options. We currently accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Through Shop Pay, you can also use other options like Apple Pay, Elo, and JCB. Simply select the chosen form of payment under the "Express Checkout" section at the top of the checkout page.

I am Getting an Error when Paying, What Should I Do?

If you are receiving an error, try deleting your browsers cookies and turning off any ad-blocker software you may have. You can also try on a different browser to see if your payment goes though. If you are still receiving errors, then contact us at support@machika.com for help. We may be able to help process your payment.

How Soon Will my Order Ship After Payment?

Most order will ship in 2 - 3 business days. Processing may take longer during special circumstances, like holidays or shipping disruptions. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out at support@machika.com for assistance.

Yes, your payment information is processed securely and not shared with any third-party groups or sold.
